All sales made through edgebali.com are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. No Refunds
All services (including villa bookings, transportation, concierge packages, and itineraries) are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.
2. No Rescheduling of Villa Bookings
Villa bookings cannot be rescheduled or amended once confirmed and paid.
This includes changes due to flight delays, travel issues, personal emergencies, or weather conditions.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by events outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government actions). No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
