Overview

EDGE Members Club (“EDGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Sandpit LLC, located at 701 Tillery Street, STE 12 #1757, Austin, Texas 78702, United States.

By purchasing a membership through our website or via Stripe, you agree to these Terms & Policy.

Membership

Your membership provides access to private community spaces, partner perks, concierge support, and priority invitations to exclusive networking events and curated experiences.

Access begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Payments & Renewals

All memberships are billed annually in USD/EURO and processed securely via Stripe.

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Because digital access is granted immediately, all membership sales are generally final.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no digital content or private access has been used.

Refund requests must be sent to info@edgebali.com

and are reviewed individually.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your renewal at any time by emailing info@edgebali.com

Cancellations stop future billing but do not retroactively refund past payments.

Your membership remains active until the end of the paid term.

Events & Concierge

Active members receive priority invitations to private events and curated experiences throughout the year.

From time to time, EDGE may also sell event tickets or upgrades related to membership experiences.

Offerings may vary by tier, season, or location.

Privacy & Data

We collect only essential information needed to process memberships and communicate with members.

Data is never shared or sold.
